Time Goes By...

Okay, I know it's been a while. XD  Pretty much the only major things have happened on weekends, though.

I've still been serving at the Distribution Center and the Brigham City temple throughout the week. The temple is closed for the next two weeks for a yearly deep-clean, though. I'm going to help with some of that, but I won't be doing ordinances for a bit.

A couple of weeks ago, I got together with some of the Elders and Sisters in my district to play frisbee and watch a movie. I got nailed in the ear so hard that my ear was actually ringing! I've never fully understood that expression until that moment. XD  But I've been hurt worse; I was fine after a few minutes.

Elder Egget set up a huge projector screen in a field beside a church and Sister Anderson brought homemade cookies. We all sat in camp chairs and watched Moana. It was super fun! Even the Elders were singing along to all the songs. XDD  There were some gigantic moths that kept landing on the projector screen, though. We had to keep hitting them off.

This Saturday, we had a fun activity. Everyone brought three items to describe themselves and we had to guess whose bag was whose! Mine was obvious, haha. I brought a clay spinosaurus I sculpted in high school, a flashdrive, and a spider ornament. XD  Can't remember all of the other items, but lots of people brought books they liked, and Sister Francom, one of my companions, brought a song she wrote!

After the activity, we went to Elder Jensen's house to watch movies. We watched Encanto and Big Hero 6. Everyone kept switching the language from Spanish to English every twenty minutes or so and it was giving my poor brain whiplash. XD  We all DIED during a scene of Big Hero 6! I would recommend watching the part where Fred goes to his mansion house in Spanish because it's hilarious. XD

Not sure if a ton of other notable things have happened this week. We'll see if I write a weekly next week! XD
